I’m Elizabeth, an educator, and a registered nutritionist and dietitian. I love the outdoors and when I’m not working, you would find me hiking mountains or diving seas. My career as an educator has allowed me to live in South Asia where I picked up wellness habits that I share with my clients.
I’m here to help women attain and maintain their most favorable body weight through nourishment, and not restriction. I truly believe that feeding the mind, body, and soul is the key to wellness.
As such, food comes in many forms: the things we put into our bodies, the relationships we keep, the activities we engage in, among many other things.
I know that there’s a ton of nutrition and fitness information out there and as a result, we get overwhelmed by all the conflicting information. My goal is to equip you with the basics of nutrition and movement so that you can differentiate between fact and fad. I will also help you tune into your body so that you could set goals that are in line with your unique needs.
